Emma has experience in change management, organizational development, strategic communications and employee engagement. She helps clients in a variety of industries including consumer, manufacturing and healthcare. Prior to consulting, Emma held roles in commercial real estate, investment banking and mortgage banking. Emma received her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University, and her BA in Economics from Furman University.
