In doing this, Janaya makes it her mission to ensure all voices are heard during the process, whether it be an assessment of business needs, prioritization, or a large-scale restructure. Outside of work, Janaya hosts a monthly book club and is pursuing her Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) certifications.
