Laine is a Consultant at Daggerwing Group. She is based in the Toronto office and has a passion for implementing a strong organizational culture and prioritizing people during change to ensure an optimal employee experience. Laine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communications from McGill University. She also holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations from The University of Manchester, UK. Outside of work you can find Laine biking around the city, making bread or planning her next ski trip.
